About The Position
The Vice President of R&D Finance at BeiGene is a key leadership role responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnering support to the Research & Development functions. This position involves leading a global finance team to deliver controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and decision support to various R&D functional heads. The VP will also drive financial and business process improvements, ensuring effective resource transparency and utilization, while collaborating with other departments to enhance organizational efficiency and cost savings.
