The VP of Programming & Experience sets the creative vision, strategic direction, and cultural heartbeat for experiences across the Beemok Hospitality Collection, including The Charleston Place, The Cooper, American Gardens, Sorelle, and future properties. This executive role is responsible for driving the emotional and experiential expression of the brand, from programming and seasonal moments to ambiance, décor, and immersive storytelling, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and distinctly BHC experience across the portfolio. A senior strategic leader and brand steward, the VP partners closely with BHC Head of Brand, Hotel Managing Directors, marketing and PR teams, as well as BHC ownership to shape the tone, vibe, themes, and aesthetic direction, and works in seamless collaboration to translate experiences into compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and emotional connection. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads a multidisciplinary team, including the Programming Manager and the Area Director of Fitness & Activities, and serves as the enterprise owner of all holiday décor and seasonal programming portfolio wide.
