About The Position

AirStrip is bringing a Vice President, Program Management to our team. This senior leader is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) at AirStrip Technologies. This role ensures consistent, predictable, and high-quality execution of complex, cross-functional programs that deliver AirStrip’s clinical surveillance, alarm management, interoperability, and remote patient monitoring solutions. The VP will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial leaders to translate strategy into execution while maintaining compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and quality requirements .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field (commensurate experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum 12 years experience, including progressive leadership in program, project, or portfolio management within healthcare technology, SaaS, or regulated software environments
  • Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience managing enterprise PMOs and cross-functional executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in program and portfolio management frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe, hybrid models).
  • Strong understanding of regulated healthcare and health IT environments including quality systems and compliance expectations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA design controls).
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial organizations.
  • Proven experience driving change, scale, and operational maturity in growing technology organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead an enterprise-wide Program Management Office (PMO) aligned to AirStrip’s strategic priorities.
  • Own governance, methodologies, tools, and standards for program and project execution across the organization.
  • Provide executive oversight for large, complex, cross-functional programs spanning product development, regulatory initiatives, customer deployments, and operational improvements.
  • Drive predictable delivery of product and platform initiatives supporting AirStrip’s interoperable, vendor-agnostic clinical data and mobility solutions .
  • Serve as a key partner to Product and Engineering leadership to ensure program plans align with product strategy, roadmap commitments, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and timelines across the portfolio.
  • Establish executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communication to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of program and project managers.
