Youâll lead and execute the regional growth strategy for Program and Construction Management services supporting transit and major transportation infrastructure. Youâll serve as the firmâs executive client lead for key Northern California transit agencies and municipal clients. Youâll identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including overseeing capture planning, pursuit strategy, teaming, and executiveâlevel interviews. Youâll strengthen and expand relationships with publicâsector owners, decisionâmakers, and industry partners, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor. Youâll provide executive oversight of major programs to ensure excellence in schedule, cost, risk management, constructability, and stakeholder coordination. Youâll build, mentor, and lead highâperforming teams while developing future leaders within the organization. Youâll collaborate with firm leadership to align regional initiatives with enterpriseâwide strategic objectives. Youâll represent the firm externally through industry leadership, participation in professional organizations, and engagement in regional forums.
