About The Position

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred. EXPERIENCE: Typically 6-10 years of experience. 7-9 years of experience in campus network routing and switching required. Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management and Service Management. Working knowledge of vulnerability management and audit/compliance workflows. Compliance & Vulnerability: CVE/CVSS frameworks; common scanners (e.g., vulnerability scanning tools); ticketing/ITSM platforms aligned to ITIL. Observability & Logging: SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines and drift detection. Automation understanding/awareness: scripting (e.g., Python), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls will be an added advantage. Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams; clear communication and ownership mindset. Proven track record managing SLAs/OLAs, budgets and vendor relationship. Excellent business communication, stakeholder management and cross functional skills
