Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the HCM Strategy team as a Vice President in Product Management. The HCM Strategy team manages transformational initiatives - enhancing our employee experience, driving quantifiable automation benefits, and promoting resiliency - to serve our stakeholders within HCM and across the firm. Your role as a Vice President within this team requires you to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions. You will focus on transforming the employee experience by integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment to retirement. You will collaborate with HR, technology, and business leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HCM systems, HR technology, or digital product management.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and how technology can support each phase.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level HR transformations or systems rollouts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise HCM systems including Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the HCM product vision and roadmap in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-wide HCM systems and tools.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex solution delivery, ensuring alignment to business strategy.
  • Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, including ROI and performance metrics.
  • Oversee user research, stakeholder interviews, and product feedback loops to inform decisions.
  • Partner with data, engineering, PMO, and HRIS teams for successful execution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and incorporate innovation into product planning.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships including platform selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
