Requirements

• Master's in business administration or engineering.
• Extensive experience in sales, product management, or R&D, preferably in mining or construction industries.
• Solid leadership skills with experience in managing people and driving change.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business-minded approach and commercial outlook.

• Build and strengthen the product line team to increase performance and efficiency.
• Lead enhancements of existing offerings and generate new strategic business opportunities.
• Manage and motivate teams in product management, R&D, sales, and demand planning.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
