Vice President, Product Ecosystems

MicroStrategyTysons, VA

About The Position

The Product Manager, Ecosystems will help shape and grow the ecosystem for Strategy Mosaic. You'll research the market, identify where Mosaic can connect with complementary tools and data providers, write the business cases and product specs that bring those integrations to life, and work cross-functionally to get them launched and into the hands of customers. This is a great role for someone with experience in the data and AI ecosystem, enjoys synthesizing market research into clear recommendations, and wants hands-on experience taking a product from idea to launch.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business development, strategy, or a related role at a technology company.
  • Familiarity with the data and AI technology landscape — you know the key platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Ability to write clear, well-structured business cases and product requirements documents.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable pulling data and using it to support decisions.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams and move things forward with some ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with or strong knowledge of technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI, or adjacent data engineering and data science tooling is a strong plus.
  • Experience with or exposure to partner/integration ecosystems is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Ecosystem Research
  • Monitor the competitive and software landscape to understand how Mosaic fits within the broader data and AI ecosystem.
  • Identify integration and partnership opportunities that would add meaningful value for Mosaic customers and drive growth opportunities.
  • Business Cases & Product Specifications
  • Write business cases for proposed integrations and partnerships, including market rationale, customer value, and high-level sizing.
  • Translate approved opportunities into structured product requirements that engineering and design teams can act on.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of ecosystem initiatives aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Launch & GTM Support
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Field teams to prepare go-to-market materials for new integrations.
  • Track integration adoption and partner performance post-launch, and bring data-driven insights back to the team.
  • Contribute to internal enablement so GTM teams can confidently speak to the value of the Mosaic ecosystem.
