About The Position

The Vice President, Portfolio Management Support at BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. will lead deal assessment and execution by conducting due diligence, financial review, and financial modelling. The role involves presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee through written and oral presentations, contributing to deal origination via sourcing new high yield infrastructure debt opportunities, and monitoring portfolio performance and risk profile of existing investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 72 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
• Experience in buy-side portfolio management.
• Experience structuring Project / corporate finance transactions and negotiating financing documentation.
• Knowledge of North American infrastructure/project finance capital markets and sectors (power, energy, renewables, digital).
• Demonstrable Project / corporate finance modelling (Excel-based) and evaluation skills, including ability to model transaction cash flows and carry out sensitivity analyses.
• Experience contributing to investor presentations of the Infrastructure debt platform and fundraising activity.
