We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Product Owner to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7 plus years of total work experience preferred, ideally in financial services, product management, or data/operations transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading complex remediation, automation, or process‑reengineering initiatives in a large-scale organization.
• Strong background in Agile product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of technology‑enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to influence, mentor, and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap for the Asset Owners remediation and automation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Drive the design, prioritization, and delivery of product features that streamline asset data processes and reduce operational risk.
• Partner with technology, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that reduce manual intervention and enhance data quality.
• Establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and governance routines to track progress, performance, and value realization across remediation initiatives.
