About The Position
As the leading provider of molecular solutions in the clinical and life sciences market, Caris Life Sciences is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable leader for the position of Vice President of POA Collaborations. This role is pivotal in proactively building and managing executive-level relationships within the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA) network through collaborative efforts that span from top to bottom. The Vice President will leverage key relationships with leading academic institutions and cancer centers nationwide, focusing on identifying potential partners and fostering collaborative relationships with new sites across the country. The Vice President will be responsible for the development of new and existing customer relationships for Caris' Precision Oncology Alliance and institutions of strategic significance. This includes establishing and nurturing productive, professional relationships with executive leadership and key personnel, and leveraging these relationships to support strategic initiatives. The role also involves participating in executive-level discussions regarding collaborative projects for members of the Precision Oncology Alliance, monitoring and communicating on clinical molecular genomics developments, and collaborating with executive leadership, medical, and commercial teams to develop strategic initiatives and maintain key clinical accounts in the assigned territory. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management and strategic collaboration, making it essential for the Vice President to have a deep understanding of the clinical and molecular genomics landscape, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to drive successful outcomes.
