The Vice President of PGS AI Data Analytics at Pfizer is a pivotal role that focuses on leading a Digital team dedicated to transforming Pfizer's strategy into innovative AI, data, and analytics products and solutions. This position is integral to enhancing the capabilities of Pfizer's Supply Chain globally through the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI technologies. The Vice President will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and operational blueprint for the AI and analytics ecosystem, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and enhances operational efficiency across various business functions. In this role, the Vice President will oversee a diverse team of professionals, including data engineers, software engineers, AI/ML practitioners, data scientists, project managers, and product leaders. The focus will be on fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes, and ensuring that the solutions developed are customer-centric and agile. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing large-scale global transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed effectively from assessment through to delivery and deployment. The position requires a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to prioritize and implement solutions that meet evolving business needs. The Vice President will lead efforts in data management, ensuring the integrity and security of large datasets, and will be responsible for establishing data lakes and repositories that adhere to FAIR principles.
