As the Vice President, People Strategy U.S., you will play a critical and high-impact role in shaping how Omnicell attracts, develops, organizes, and inspires talent to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence. This is a critical role in the People organization at a time of transformational change for Omnicell, inspired by the Ignite 2030 Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR executive who can think like a strategic business leader, coach for impact and operate like a transformation officer. Reporting directly to David Ford, Chief People Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and lead both the U.S. People Strategy function and the People Relations center of expertise. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive, organization-wide strategic workforce planning approaches that enable Omnicell to meet its most critical objectives. You’ll define, prioritize, and deliver breakthrough initiatives that unlock performance, evolve our culture, and align talent strategy with business strategy. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to scale with speed and intention, foster a future-ready culture, and ensure our people strategy is not just responsive—but strategic, proactive, and business-anchored.
