About The Position
The Vice President of People Operations, Systems, and Total Rewards will be a key member of the People leadership team, driving critical functions that support the employee lifecycle and enable organizational growth. This leader will own and optimize People Operations processes, implement scalable systems and analytics capabilities, and design and execute competitive Total Rewards strategies, including equity administration. Based in either our New York City or Santa Monica headquarters, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape foundational practices for a company on a transformational growth journey. This is an office centric role based out of our NYC or Santa Monica offices 4 days a week.
