Additionally, the role involves mentoring and training the direct team to achieve personal and agency goals, providing vision, direction, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals. The candidate will drive innovation and thought leadership to generate modern marketing solutions for clients, proactively share new ideas and strategies, and facilitate internal and client brainstorms that drive successful outcomes. Critical thinking skills will be essential for problem-solving to achieve client business and marketing goals, while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of media industry news and client business.
