About The Position
Under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer/Chief of Staff (CAO/COS), the Vice President, Organizational Development & Training manages leadership and organizational development training programs across the organization and directs the corporate training team. The Vice President implements programs designed to develop and engage talent within the organization while collaborating with subject matter experts to assess, evaluate and develop relevant training programs, and develops a strategic vision aligned with organizational goals, including detailed planning, curriculum/instructional design, delivery, project management, budgeting and scheduling.
