About The Position

Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, and external implementation partners to deliver enhancements, integrations (e.g., with HCM, onboarding platforms), and reporting solutions Manage troubleshooting for escalated issues, identifying root cause and partnering with engineering as needed for resolution Facilitate user training, release communications, and change management to ensure high adoption and a seamless transition to new functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 6+ years of experience in a product owner or similar position, including experience owning a product backlog within Jira or similar system
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition systems and processes (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Proficiency in agile program and project management, with track record of successful implementation of technology projects and enhancements
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and process optimization, ensuring successful implementation of business strategies.
