The Vice President of Health Plan Sales is accountable for overseeing a seasoned sales team dedicated to fostering business expansion within our existing Health Plan portfolio. This will be achieved through proficient prospecting, effective relationship management, and collaborative efforts across functional areas. The position requires strong leadership skills, strategic foresight, and a demonstrated capacity to cultivate and sustain essential partnerships with health plan clients, employer groups, brokers, and consultants. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales leadership experience in Optum Rx or comparable pharmacy benefit management organizations and/or consulting firms. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
