Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management, or a related field within financial services.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing operational risk dashboards, metrics (KRIs), and reporting tools.
• Proven, advanced skill in Power BI.
• Strong, comprehensive understanding of operational risk frameworks, including RCSA, incident management, scenario analysis, and stress testing within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to present complex risk insights and influence strategic decisions with senior leadership and governance committees.
• Highly analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to lead complex initiatives like scenario analysis and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of operational risk measurement, monitoring, and reporting to drive risk-informed decision-making across the firm.
• Design, implement, and lead the continuous improvement of operational risk dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs), issues, incidents, and control effectiveness, presenting insights and trends to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Develop and maintain robust operational risk metrics aligned with the firm's risk appetite.
• Lead scenario analysis and stress testing initiatives to evaluate potential risk impacts and enhance the firm's resilience.
• Partner with business units and technology teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, supporting internal audit and regulatory reviews related to operational risk.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Develop a strategic resource plan for onshore and offshore resources to support the operational risk function and promote a strong risk culture across the organization.
