About the position
The Vice President, Office of Enterprise Initiatives is responsible for leading and managing critical cross-functional enterprise initiatives at Prime Therapeutics. This role involves overseeing the execution, integration, and value realization of strategic initiatives, while also focusing on leadership development within the team. The position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment and transparency among executive leadership and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the Enterprise Initiatives Office to ensure effective execution and integration of strategic initiatives.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of key strategic initiatives, defining success metrics and delivery milestones.
- Drive the successful delivery of business initiatives through effective leadership, consultation, and resource allocation.
- Provide management support to the executive leadership team, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
- Develop strong working relationships and foster an environment of collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- 15 years of relevant work experience in business or finance, including 7 years in developing and implementing business strategy.
- 9 years of leadership/management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
