The Vice President of Strategy is a strategic leader responsible for developing, overseeing and accomplishing the organization’s mission, vision, revenue growth strategies and expense reduction objectives. This may include different facets of strategic planning and industry analysis of independent living, assisted living, memory care and other aspects of senior living. Revenue growth may also come via new construction, remodel/conversion of existing real estate or acquisition. In addition, the Vice President of Strategy is responsible for supporting and facilitating processes, which move the organization toward strategic goals and initiatives by increasing financial margin and organizational effectiveness with change management, culture development, leadership development, and team effectiveness. This role involves leading strategic planning, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and guiding the company toward its long-term objectives.
