The Vice President, Strategic Accounts serves as the executive relationship owner for the Company’s most significant client partnerships, with direct accountability for contract retention, revenue protection, and overall portfolio performance. The role builds trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leads proactive engagement and renewal strategies, and proactively identifies and mitigates risk to protect high-value contracts. This position leads executive-level client interactions and partners with operations, sales, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution. The Vice President, Strategic Accounts also maintains a data-driven view of account health, delivering executive-level insights on retention risk, relationship strength, and growth opportunities to inform decision-making and support expansion within existing accounts.
