As Vice President of Solution Engineering, North America at JFrog, you’ll lead a high-impact technical team that drives customer value across the DevSecOps lifecycle. You'll guide customers through their journey, accelerate adoption of JFrog solutions, and shape bold go-to-market strategies. A hands-on, visionary leader, you’ll collaborate across teams, scale solution engineering practices, and develop future talent through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in senior leadership positions
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior customer facing management roles
  • Experience with managing pre-sales organizations
  • Experience with Enterprise sales methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Software and SaaS technology and business model
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning and execution management capabilities, with the ability to lead change management
  • Strong technical knowledge across cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps, and Application Security domains
  • Solid foundation in agile development, DevSecOps, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD); and cloud infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering Major preferable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technical sales of hybrid solutions (On-prem & SaaS) is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define the strategy for solutions engineering organization in North America
  • Lead a geographically distributed organization of solution experts, engineers and architects
  • Coach and lead the Solutions Engineering managers
  • Partner with Sales leaders to build an impactful strategy and GTM
  • Support JFrog’s Marketing, Product and R&D while working directly with our customers to ensure their success with the JFrog products
  • Define and Lead your team towards successful execution of the company OKRs
  • Work closely with our customers and community to build solid relationships
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on performance to senior management

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $280,000 to $310,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
