We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales team. The VP of Sales will manage our Sales Directors and Sales Managers, with overall responsibility for Territory Managers across the country. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with the ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional growth. This individual must be an excellent communicator, strategist, and operator with experience scaling sales organizations in complex healthcare or pharmacy environments.
