The VP of Sales is accountable for building a scalable sales organization that delivers consistent growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and market reputation. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Sales collaborates closely with the President, VP of Operations, and other senior leaders to balance growth objectives, capacity planning, customer experience, and long-term strategic positioning.
