As Vice President of Sales, you will lead the nationwide sales strategy, driving revenue growth across law firms, corporations, and government clients. You will manage complex sales cycles, build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee the execution of proposals and RFP responses. This role involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure your team achieves ambitious growth targets. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where strategic thinking, leadership, and business development expertise are critical. Your efforts will have a direct impact on company growth, market share, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead national sales efforts, targeting law firms, corporate clients, and government entities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas while maintaining a high level of prospecting and client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent client communications.
  • Mentor and guide sales teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Paralegal credentials preferred.
  • Proven record of success in sales of eDiscovery services, SaaS solutions, or technology-based offerings.
  • Strong understanding of software technology, SaaS solutions, and/or the eDiscovery industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales initiatives.
  • Competitive salary range of $123,200–$154,000 annually.
