People are our most important ingredient and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced leader to help us scale. We are seeking a visionary, analytical, and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our high-performing sales organization into its next chapter of growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing Against the Grain’s national sales strategy, expanding our presence across retail channels, and managing both internal and external sales resources. This role directly oversees the Natural Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and Shopper Marketing Manager, ensuring strategic alignment across retail execution, trade promotion, and customer marketing. The VP of Sales will play a key role in driving collaborative, data-backed decisions that deliver results. The VP of Sales is a member of the senior leadership team and reports directly to the COO/CFO.
