About The Position

The Vice President of Sales is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all sales operations across multiple locations in the restoration industry. This position focuses on business development, managing customer relationships, and leveraging the brand to create new business opportunities. The VP will lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales, revenue, and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the restoration industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies and performance reporting.

  • Experience with Google ads and SEO management.
  • Familiarity with sales commission processes and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all locations' office sales and business development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive new business opportunities.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet sales and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the sales commission process and understand the sales environment for each market.
  • Identify top prospects by market and manage warm lead identification.
  • Conduct weekly Level 10 Leadership Meetings to ensure accountability and ownership of sales performance.
  • Attend on-site job visits and sales meetings for VIP customers or prospects.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis in each region.
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Identify, compile, and submit bid opportunities.
  • Analyze and distribute sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Organize and participate in association events and meetings.
  • Lead monthly 'All Sales', 'Hunting', and 'Farming' team meetings.
  • Provide monthly budget updates and reporting.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including Google ads and SEO strategies.
  • Manage regional advertising partnerships and efforts.
