We are seeking a strategic and inspiring Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial performance of our portfolio. This role will guide the strategy, structure, and success of our sales, revenue, and marketing efforts while developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results. This is a role for a strategic sales executive—someone who understands the business of hotels, the art of hospitality, and how to translate strategy into revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of Marriott-branded and independent destinations. Please Note: This role will be based in the PCH corporate office located in downtown Mobile, AL. Regular travel across the portfolio is expected. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy across an exceptional portfolio of hotels and resorts while working alongside passionate hospitality professionals who believe in creating meaningful experiences for guests and associates alike.
