About The Position

As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales initiatives for our Fintech and E-Commerce lines of business. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market presence in the FinTech/E-Commerce division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within the fraud detection or cybersecurity sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or regional sales management role.
  • Proven success selling into Fintech, Financial Services, or E-Commerce industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and negotiating large enterprise deals.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven forecasting.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments within the B2B technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection, risk management, identity verification, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on driving growth across the Fintech and E-Commerce verticals.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team by setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise clients—from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Establish and nurture strong executive-level relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless post-sale handoff.
  • Track and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) planning and territory expansion by recommending new markets and channels.
  • Represent DataVisor at key industry events and conferences.
