We are seeking a proactive, performance-driven executive to serve as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This leader will shape the agency’s next chapter by driving new client acquisition, evolving our go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing growth engine. This role requires a blend of commercial rigor, strategic thinking, modern marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of how to integrate AI and automation to scale impact. This leader will own both new business acquisition and client expansion across website development and marketing services, while also driving sales operations excellence. They will partner closely with Marketing to align sales efforts with our robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, ensuring a unified and scalable go-to-market (GTM) approach. As a key member of the leadership team, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for revenue generation, brand positioning, and strategic partnership development. They will work cross-functionally to develop new offerings, elevate our value proposition, and translate market opportunity into measurable growth.
