About The Position
The Vice President of Retail Recruiting is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to identify and recruit future Owner-Operators for the company's rapidly growing store network. This role involves strategic planning, innovation in lead generation, and collaboration with various business partners to ensure the successful recruitment of Aspiring Operators in Training (AOTs). The VP will oversee a team that generates a significant number of leads annually and will be accountable for meeting ambitious recruitment goals aligned with the company's expansion plans.
