The Vice President of Retail Operations (VPRO) at Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a strategic leadership role focused on guiding the operational and financial performance of retail branches. The VPRO will oversee various operational leaders and collaborate with corporate and regional teams to maintain superior service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in retail operations.
• Minimum of five years in retail operations or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budget preparation.
• Familiarity with systems like Vendsys, Smart HQ, and Lightspeed is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, solve complex problems, and execute company strategies effectively.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays, and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage and mentor operational leaders, including Directors of Retail Operations, Maintenance Supervisors, and Warehouse Managers.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with top customers and address their needs promptly.
• Support sales activities such as presentations, grand openings, and retail space design.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for installations, merchandising, inventory management, and safety.
• Review financial and operational reports to control costs, maximize productivity, and maintain inventory standards.
• Manage the maintenance of fleet vehicles and building facilities.
