The Vice President of Quality Management has the oversight responsibility for Quality and Performance Improvement, Risk and Patient Safety, Infection Control and Prevention, and compliance with Regulatory and Accreditation requirements. You will integrate all the functions of the department in improving the overall performance of the organization. As a member of the executive team, you will assist with business planning related to quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Post Graduate Degree preferred.
• License - RN.
• Knowledge of state, federal, TJC regulations.
• Knowledge of Texas Nurse Practice Act and Safe Harbor.
• Knowledge of PDCA or other Continuous Quality Improvement Methodology.
• 3-5 years as Clinician.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality and Performance Improvement, Risk and Patient Safety, Infection Control and Prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Accreditation requirements.
• Integrate all functions of the department to improve overall performance.
• Assist with business planning related to quality as a member of the executive team.
