About The Position
At Recursion, our mission is to industrialize and transform the development of medicines by integrating data-driven insights and advanced analytics throughout the entire development lifecycle. As the Vice President of Project Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in championing the use of advanced computational approaches in clinical development and help redefine traditional paradigms of drug development. As a visionary and strategic leader, you will help develop and execute the compound strategy, drive innovation, and optimize program execution. Your influence will ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization while maximizing the value of each compound throughout its lifecycle - balancing speed, cost, and impact. You will lead and manage a team of Project Team Leaders to drive the success of our pipeline compounds. You will take ownership of at least one project/program team, guiding the overall direction and ensuring the timely delivery of critical drug development initiatives.
