About The Position

The Vice President of Product Management is a critical member of the Healthcare and People Solutions leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the company's innovation, product management, and portfolio growth. This leader will own the full spectrum of strategic growth levers, including organic innovation, portfolio strategy, clinical affairs, partnerships, and licensing. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical or technical expertise, proven product management leadership, and a history of driving transformative innovation and successfully launching new products. This role will steer the company's shift from products to integrated solutions while optimizing portfolio focus and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the portfolio strategy across hardware, consumables, and software by prioritizing high-impact opportunities and maintaining a dynamic roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team to drive successful product launches and lifecycle management, ensure strategies are aligned by clinical relevance, customer insights, and commercial viability across all portfolio segments.
  • Build and manage a robust innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization by fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration, leveraging customer co-creation and emerging technologies, and balancing organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic partnership development and due diligence efforts for engaging with healthcare technology companies, health systems, and ecosystem partners.
  • Ensure clinical relevance and credibility of offerings through evidence generation and Key Opinion Leader (KOLs) engagement, while collaborating with regulatory and quality teams to drive compliance and clinical adoption readiness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across product management, innovation, and clinical strategy, while fostering a data-driven, customer-focused culture and contributing to executive leadership as a direct report to the General Manager.
