Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Vice President of Operations role or similar senior leadership position.
• Strong organizational skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of leading hotel operations and achieving exemplary results.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for hotel operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and excellence as a facilitator, mentor, and manager.

• Experience with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
• Expertise in managing growth organizations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with operational leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a portfolio of approximately 20 hotels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability across all properties.
• Manage property-level General Managers to achieve operational goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of corporate-wide hotel operation goals and objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hotel owners and executive teams.
• Instill a strong and sustainable company culture that enhances guest experience.
• Hold teams accountable for performance in financial, guest service, employee engagement, and owner relations.
