The Vice President of Operations will lead and scale the operational backbone of Coreforce’s DEMS/RTI division, dedicated to digital evidence management, body-worn camera integration, and mission-critical field technology. This leader will ensure that the systems, teams, and processes behind our deployments operate with the same reliability and discipline expected of the agencies we serve. This executive will own operational execution across: Project Management (customer implementations) Field Operations (deployment & training teams) Police Uniform Modifications for body cameras Production, inventory management, device configuration and logistics This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence at scale — ensuring agencies receive reliable, timely, and high-quality deployments that meet regulatory requirements and stand up to legal scrutiny. The ideal candidate understands that this is more than operational efficiency — it is mission execution. They will build scalable systems that support growth while maintaining the precision, accountability, and service mindset required to serve law enforcement and public safety professionals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
  • Proven success leading: Field services organizations, Production staging environments, and Inventory and logistics operations
  • Experience leading operations in a $50M+ revenue business
  • Experience in hardware-enabled SaaS, public safety technology, or device-based deployment models.
  • Track record of scaling operations during high-growth phases
  • Strong financial acumen and budget ownership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in law enforcement, body-worn camera ecosystems, or evidence management systems
  • Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent certification
  • Experience operating in regulated or government environments.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership Develop and execute a scalable operating model to support continued ARR growth. Align operational capacity with sales pipeline and forecasted demand. Evaluate and deploy systems that deliver efficiencies through automation Establish clear KPIs across all operational functions.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) Oversee all customer implementations from contract execution through go-live. Standardize deployment playbooks and reduce implementation cycle time. Improve cross-functional coordination between Sales, Engineering, Support, and Operations. Track and optimize: Time-to-deploy On-time/on-budget project delivery Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
  • Field Operations (Deployment & Training) Lead national or regional deployment teams responsible for: On-site device rollout Training (administrators and end users) Post-deployment stabilization Improve technician utilization and field productivity. Establish scalable training certification programs. Ensure compliance with public safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Uniform Modifications & Body Camera Integration Oversee uniform modification workflows and quality control. Standardize installation processes and ensure safety/compliance standards. Optimize labor efficiency and turnaround times. Implement QA systems to reduce rework and warranty-related issues.
  • Production & Supply Chain Own inventory management, procurement, device configuration, and logistics. Improve inventory accuracy, turnover, and forecasting. Reduce & manage COGS through vendor negotiations and process efficiency. Establish production capacity planning aligned with demand forecasting. Ensure scalable warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Systems & Process Optimization Automate manual workflows. Implement standard process improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent) to improve quality and efficiency. Build repeatable SOPs across all operational functions. Establish clear responsibilities for transitioning from deployment to support & customer success.
  • Team Leadership & Culture Foster a culture of operational excellence, urgency, and continuous improvement. Create strong feedback loops between field teams, product, engineering, and leadership. Invest in training, certification, and career progression for deployment and production teams. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
