About The Position

The Vice President of Concrete Construction Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of a cast-in-place concrete construction company. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional managerial skills, and extensive industry knowledge to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial success, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 7 years of proven experience in operations management within the concrete construction industry, preferably with cast-in-place operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Direct and manage daily operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and logistics.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff across various functions such as production, maintenance, procurement, and distribution.
• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Prepare regular reports for executive management, highlighting operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
