PadSplit is hiring a Vice President of Member Growth to accelerate the growth of our member marketplace while strengthening the end-to-end experience for the people who rely on PadSplit to find affordable housing. This role is responsible for increasing active member adoption, improving retention, and building a sustainable, organic growth engine that supports long-term marketplace health. As a mission-critical leader, this role directly shapes how we scale impact, one room at a time. We are looking for a proven B2C growth leader who combines deep analytical rigor with a genuine passion for serving customers at scale. This person takes full ownership of outcomes, thrives in cross-functional environments, and knows how to turn insight into experimentation (and experimentation into durable growth systems).
