Core Values Integrity Collaboration Accountability People Excellence Fortitude Vice President of Logistics & Preconstruction Location: Atlanta, GA | Type: Full-time Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Vice President of Logistics & Preconstruction is a strategic leader responsible for setting the direction for early-phase project planning efforts across T5 Construction’s portfolio. This role drives alignment between revenue generation, design strategy, market intelligence, and project execution. The VP is responsible for driving standardization, predictability, and excellence across all pursuits and early project phases. He or she will shape pricing strategy, oversee portfolio-wide cost modeling to ensure T5 maintains a competitive position in the data center market. He or she will also work hand-in-hand with the Procurement and Equipment Procurement Teams to coordinate logistics and material deployment planning. This leader also plays a critical role in client relationships by partnering with business development and construction leadership to secure new work, strengthen partnerships, and drive growth. The VP ensures every pursuit and early-phase engagement reflects T5 Construction’s commitment to excellence.
