The Vice President of Human Resources will report to the COO of the Wolff Resident Experience Company, a standalone Wolff Company organization that is responsible for the Revel Communities brand of luxury independent senior living. This role is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role serves as the senior-most HR leader for the Resident Experience Company. The Vice President of Human Resources will be tasked with supporting a culture where we collaborate and celebrate our team members while creating a meaningful experience. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try to new things and is comfortable building programs and being innovative – breaking HR stereotypes. This role has full accountability for the end-to-end employee lifecycle and operates as part of a standalone organization. This role has a lot of runway to build an exceptional culture within Resident Experience and Revel Communities.
