The VP will be responsible for ensuring that the Business has an effective compliance program that is designed to prevent and detect misconduct, and that the Business is acting in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and the company’s policies. Responsible for identifying areas of most significant business compliance risk for developing compliance programs and for assuring compliant execution of Home Health programs and initiatives. Supporting the Business goals while building and maintaining a strong culture of compliance throughout the Business by, among other things, implementing effective policies, procedures and training; ensuring open and effective lines of communication at all levels of the organization; supporting investigations, conducting risk assessments and audit and monitoring activities; and driving enterprise-wide compliance initiatives
