About The Position

The Vice President of Global HR Service Delivery is responsible for implementing and overseeing HR processes throughout the team member lifecycle across the global organization. This role focuses on aligning HR service delivery with business goals, ensuring efficient and effective service while enhancing the team member experience. The position requires collaboration with various HR leaders to deliver consistent and scalable services globally.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR Operations or Shared Services.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within Human Resources, preferably in HR Service Delivery.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR legislation, employment law, principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to utilize all Google Workspace tools (Gmail, GDrive, GDoc, GSlide, GSheet, GForms).
  • Proven ability leading large-scale HR programs from design to deployment in a global environment.
  • Energized by speed with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes the HR service delivery strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Implements SLAs and performance metrics to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Drives a culture of excellence and superior service delivery to team members and leaders across the organization.
  • Identifies continuous opportunities to expand and improve HR Service Delivery, prioritizing as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with HR Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of HR services with broader HR initiatives.
  • Oversees the team responsible for driving process efficiencies throughout the team member lifecycle.
  • Oversees the Team Member Relations team responsible for resolving team member matters.
  • Ensures the team's compliance with all relevant and applicable regional regulatory requirements, employment laws, and corporate policies.
  • Implements performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
