About The Position

We are looking for an extraordinary VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join HireVue and play a key role in accelerating the growth of an amazing company. This role will navigate the wide range of matters involved in building HireVue's global business as well as partner closely with executive leaders to understand and measure performance & improve output.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive planning and analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of planning software (Adaptive preferred), Google sheets/Excel and ERP (NetSuite preferred)
• SaaS industry and international experience preferred
• Proven ability to collaboratively partner with executive level leadership and other stakeholders
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and analytics, especially in enterprise software pipeline
• Natural curiosity and innate drive to understand the underlying cause of an issue
• Ability to clearly communicate complex analysis in simple terms
• Ability to blend between financial and operational metrics seamlessly
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Proven management of a team

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through analysis, especially in pipeline, pricing and retention
• Manage and continue to build a best in class team of managers and analysts
• Partner with executives to drive vision, goal setting, and accountability
• Own reporting for board, lender and executive level meetings
• Establish processes for business as usual and the ability to do scenario modeling
• Maintain a constant focus on relevance, accuracy, and completeness
