About The Position

A growing $100M organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, lead the finance function, and help scale the business to its next phase of growth. A hands-on, strategic leadership role overseeing finance and accounting—ideal for someone who can operate at both a high level and in the details when needed. This is a build-and-scale role within a growing organization. The company has strong momentum and needs a financial leader who can bring structure, visibility, and forward-looking insight to the business. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive better decision-making, improve financial processes, and position the company for continued growth. You will serve as the financial leader of the organization, with full ownership of both finance and accounting. This role is built for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of the numbers, and can translate financial data into clear business decisions. The right candidate will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level, building systems and teams that scale, and playing a key role in shaping the future of the organization.
