As LearnLux’s Vice President of Finance, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and execution as we continue to scale. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive financial discipline, visibility, and decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role that blends strategic thinking with operational ownership. You will be responsible for building scalable financial systems, improving rigor and predictability, and ensuring LearnLux has the financial foundation needed to support growth. The Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in shaping how we plan, measure, and operate the business, with meaningful influence across teams and initiatives as the company evolves. This role is remote within the U.S., with candidates expected to be based in or near New York City and available for in-person collaboration as needed. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder.
