About The Position
The Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) at Alma College is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the enrollment management function, which includes Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and International, Transfer, and Graduate Admissions. The VPEM will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to enhance the college's recruitment strategies, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion while adapting to the evolving educational landscape. This position requires a data-informed approach to decision-making and aims to foster a student-centered environment that promotes belonging and success for all students.
