Makwa Global, an SBA 8(a) and tribally owned enterprise, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Engineering Solutioning to lead enterprise-wide solution development and engineering strategy. This executive will drive innovation, oversee technical solutioning for proposals and program delivery, and ensure alignment with customer missions across defense, security, IT, and engineering portfolios. Must have prior experience working directly with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, with proven knowledge of federal contracting processes, compliance, and mission support. The VP will partner closely with executive leadership, business development, and program management teams to shape competitive, compliant, and compelling solutions that drive growth, scalability, and mission success.
