Through a network of retail stores, school partnerships, and an industry-leading training and social equity franchise program, we are transforming access to nutritious, scratch-made food in underserved communities. Everytable has already raised over $15M in philanthropic capital and is on track to more than double its retail footprint in the next few years.POSITION OVERVIEW:Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Development will serve as the organizations primary fundraising leader, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive development strategy. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is energized by building systems, relationships, and results from the ground up.The successful candidate will be skilled at cultivating and soliciting major gifts, securing grants, and engaging high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and other philanthropic partners. They will bring a combination of relationship-building acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
